Mix everything but the dried berries into a mixing bowl, and make sure everything is nicely combined.
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees, and layer the granola mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, or use your Silpat if you have one. This ensures a more even baking process in my opinion. Bake for about 45 minutes, taking the granola out of the oven half way through to gently stir, evening it out before placing back into the oven.
Take a peak 45 minutes into the baking process and make sure it is nice and toasted.
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, add in the berries, and give it a good mix.
Store the granola into an airtight container. This should last you a good week or so, if it lasts that long.
This granola is not too sweet, and has all of those wonderful flavors and textures you expect in a great granola. Hope you enjoy.
